At BalancePaws, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
